About BookingWith
BookingWith gives your business its own booking page, like bookingwith.synthwork.app/your-business. Customers see when you're free, book, and pay you a deposit by PayNow. You stop chasing replies on WhatsApp to fix a time.
How it works
- 1Sign up and pick your kind of business
Salon, tutor, trainer, groomer, clinic or anything else. We add example services and prices to start from.
- 2Set your services, prices and hours
Change the examples, add your own, set a deposit, and add your PayNow UEN or mobile and your WhatsApp number.
- 3Share your link
Put it in your Instagram bio, WhatsApp status or Google profile. Customers book and pay the deposit; you confirm it from your dashboard.
Pricing
First month free, then $1.00 a month (usually $28.00). Everything included, unlimited bookings, no commission.
Questions
Who is BookingWith for?
Any Singapore business that takes appointments: hair and beauty, massage, fitness, tuition, photography, health, home services, consultants, pet care and more.
How do customers pay?
By PayNow, straight to your own UEN or mobile number. The QR shows the exact amount and booking reference. Card payments with Stripe can be switched on in Settings.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
No. You pay $1.00 a month (usually $28.00) and that's all. Customers' money goes to you, not through us.
What happens after the free month?
We email you before it ends. To keep going, pay $1.00 by PayNow from your dashboard. If you don't, your booking page pauses, and you can turn it back on anytime.
Do my customers need an account?
They sign in with Google or their email, so they can see and manage their bookings. No passwords to remember.
Can I use my own calendar?
Yes. Connect Google Calendar in Settings: busy times are blocked, and bookings are added to it.
