What BookingWith does

BookingWith shows a business's services and free times, takes bookings, and shows a PayNow QR code for the deposit. The service itself (the haircut, lesson, groom or appointment) is provided by the business, not by BookingWith.

For businesses

• The first 30 days are free. After that the plan is $1.00 a month, paid by PayNow from your dashboard. If a month isn't paid, your booking page is paused until it is. You can stop anytime; there is no contract.
• We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email. It never changes for a month you've already paid.
• You're responsible for your business: your prices, your services, honouring bookings, refunds and any deposit disputes with your customers, and your own licences and taxes.
• Keep your PayNow details correct. Customers pay you directly, so we can't recover a payment sent to wrong details.
• Use customers' details only to handle their bookings, and follow the PDPA. Don't use BookingWith for anything illegal, misleading or harmful. We may pause or remove a business that does.
• You can delete your business anytime in Settings. This removes its services, bookings and settings.

For customers

• Your booking is with the business. Their own cancellation and refund rules apply; ask them if you're unsure.
• A booking paid by PayNow is confirmed once the business confirms they received the deposit.
• Give correct details, and don't make bookings you don't intend to keep.

Availability and liability

We work to keep BookingWith running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never be down or error-free. To the extent the law allows, BookingWith isn't liable for losses from a business's service, missed or double bookings, or payments made between customers and businesses, and our total liability to a business is limited to what it paid us in the last three months.

Changes and contact
